If you are seeing "Not Connected" then that tells us that you have downloaded the software and are able to run it. Additionally, we see that you have been logged into the software. Therefore we started your trial in order so that you can get connected and use the software. There is nothing else you need to do in terms of downloads - at least as far as Sierra Chart is concerned.

Please do the following:
- Select File >> Disconnect
- Select File >> Connect to Data Feed

You should then be connected to the Sierra Chart data, which means you have access to Real-Time data for CFD and Forex data, and access to Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, EUREX, and U.S. Stocks.

Just follow through the instructions starting at the following link for how to open a chart. This will get you started working with Sierra Chart:
