Hi, my apologies I'm sure you get this question constantly. I've read that since Jan 2022 in order to use Rithmic a Denali package is required. That's okay with me I guess it just means I'll have to pay both Rithmic and Denali. This is for a Leeloo account I'd like to setup. I'm wondering if it's possible to use the Teton package with Rithmic since that includes Denali or perhaps that doesn't make sense to do (I'm still not 100% sure I understand what Teton is but I like the features). But basically I'd like to know that it is possible to still use S.C. with a Leeloo funded account and I'm curious what fees I'll still need to cover with S.C. on top of what I would be paying Leeloo for the Rithmic connection. Thanks and my apologies if this message is convoluted and difficult to understand, been trading all day :) |

You need to be on Package 10, 11 or 12 in order to be able to use Sierra Chart with Rithmic. You can also use the Rithmic data, just be aware of the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy It is not possible to use the Teton Order Routing with Rithmic, as they are competitive products. They are both order routing software. As long as you have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect Sierra Chart to in order to verify the account for the CME Group non-professional exchange fees, then you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with LeeLoo, or any other trading service. Just keep in mind that LeeLoo does not count as a funded futures trading account, since you are not funding it yourself. But, we see that you have been connecting to another account, so you should be good. For more information, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Is this the case even if I have a funded futures trading account? If you are using services like Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, and others, you must use the Easy solution method to authorize the CME Group real-time data.

If you have another funded trading account that you can connect to, then that is all you need. You do not need to use the "Easy Solution Method" to authorize CME Non-Professional data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, I have a similar question but I'm still unclear about it. I'm planning to apply for a Funded Account and would like to use Sierra Charts as my trading platform. My question is how would I pay the Denali exchange fee as I don't have my own live account. Thank you!

We really should delete post #8. We are not going to allow Rithmic to give Sierra Chart a bad impression and frustrate users. The reason why users must use the Denali Data Feed is made abundantly clear here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy We are asking the user at post #8 not to post this again. Obviously, we do not want people to open unnecessary accounts but we do want our users to use our Denali Data Feed because we want to provide a proper quality of data to our users. The simple fact is is that users of Rithmic must use the Denali Data Feed. There is no other reasonable possibility. Unless you disable the downloading of historical data. Ok, so to be clear - if I am using a Funded Trading Account with Rithmic which requires Denali I would need to open my own personal live futures trading account to get access to Denali. Once that happens I can use Denali for my Funded Trading Account as well. Is that correct?

if I am using a Funded Trading Account with Rithmic This is all you need to use the Denali Data Feed as long as it is not with one of these trading/funding evaluator type of services. If it is with one of those services, then you do need to have a separate personal live trading account. And once you have that you can use the Denali Data Feed with CME nonprofessional data with Rithmic and any account you are connecting to with Rithmic.
