Hello, I wanted to activate the Denali data feed with the advanced features but accidentally chose package 10 instead of 11 and paid for both. I also added 10$ into the account which I can't see. I'm not entirely sure if I can get refunded but if you can look into it would be insanely appreciated. Thank you in advance! BW Alex |

We have set your account to Package 10 for you. You can always change your package at any time, and it does not cost anything. We just adjust the End Date of your usage time based on the package cost difference. With regards to the funds you mention, we see that these are in your account with us. You will see that you have a Services Surplus available. If you need to, you can view the transactions for your account by selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts on the main Control Panel for your account on our website. I paid for the service 11 just earlier as that's the one I wanted to have advanced features such as TPO,footprint etc. (paid 46$ total) But I see after activation that it says Your usage time will automatically renew in 15 days (2022-02-16).
