dear team, I recently joined, (last week of January and paid my fee. All was working, I paid again this morning but I have no live feed despite pressing activate. It says I don't have any funds in the account? I received a receipt for my payment earlier today. I would be grateful for your urgent assistance. Richard Diplock |

We see you are using CQG. Probably your broker/trading service disabled access. Contact your broker about this. To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. In addition to the above, part of the problem you are having is that the exchange that you had active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew today (February 1, 2022) because you did not have enough funds in your account. The reason you did not have enough funds was because you pressed the "Renew Now" button on the Activate Services page. In doing so, you authorized an additional month of Usage Time be added to your account, which removed the $46.00 you had in the account. If you need it, we can refund that last transaction, which will then put the funds back into your account which you can use to pay for the exchange fee.
