In addition to the above, part of the problem you are having is that the exchange that you had active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew today (February 1, 2022) because you did not have enough funds in your account. The reason you did not have enough funds was because you pressed the "Renew Now" button on the Activate Services page. In doing so, you authorized an additional month of Usage Time be added to your account, which removed the $46.00 you had in the account. If you need it, we can refund that last transaction, which will then put the funds back into your account which you can use to pay for the exchange fee.
