Hi ok i contacted cqg and they sent me to you again . With MT5 i can place a orders on my real account but at sierra I cant. i have done all following your instruction but its working only on a simulator account . Why all working on MT5 and isnt on Sierra ?

Hi I can`t trade, CQG data isn`t working so with your suggestion I connect to SC data. But anyway SC data are delayed and cant trade on my real account. |

Setup your system to connect to CQG and then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". You will actually have real-time data, if you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: I can`t trade, CQG data isn`t working so with your suggestion I connect to SC data. But anyway SC data are delayed and cant trade on my real account. You just need to activate the exchange you require from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=207987#DenaliExchangeDataFeed After that: To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Hi ok I would like to use your data and I done all to connect it , its not allowed me to trade in real account anyway even if my real is showed in trade window . placing order its switching from real 131197 to sim 1. Have a look on attachment file sierra data is delayed compare to mt5

hi I bought and activate this : The 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time. Still cant trade on my live account , Best JT |
