It appears that or we have determined that you have an account with a Sierra Chart affiliate. This is not a direct account which is paid to Sierra Chart. In this case you have two choices.

1. Directly contact the affiliate who provided you Sierra Chart and they will assist you with this issue.

Hello, I do not understand why I still have problems with the SC package 5, currently I have a platform SC 3 I pay package5 platform. At my broker AMP I paid package of 5!!! I need to use the nuber bar and it does not work in the third package can you explain that, please?
