CQG Login failing

I have checked my username and password by logging into CQG, so I know they are correct. I even changed the PWD and updated it in the Data Trade Service Settings, sill getting an incorrect username/password popup.

I'm attempting to login to my account to satisfy the once a month requirement so I can continue to use the Denali Data Feed, so that it won't be on a delay. Please assist, below are my logs from startup when the connection fails.

I did follow those instructions and as mentioned I was able to log in to the CQG admin tool w/ my credentials, so I know they are correct and updated in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings


I have checked w/ my broker (Tradovate) and they have confirmed that everything looks good on the CQG setup.

Ok, so this is dumb, but instead of just updating my pwd, i cleared everything out and closed out of the settings, then re-entered it, and now I seem to be up and running. Maybe you guys just had to scare it, I dunno....thanks for your help.
