WICKS DOESN T APPAER ONLY BODIES CANDLES

Hello, I begin using sierra chat. The candlestick bar doesn t load correctly, indeed the wicks doesn t display at all. I am trading the german index on a 1min chart. Please find the screen shot of the chart and of the graph draw type selected menu. Thank you in advance for your quick assistance. Jihane

What you show is very confusing and should not be the case. On that chart, select Chart >> Graph Draw Types and select a different draw type other than Candlestick. Then change it back again to Candlestick. Let us know if you continue to have the issue of not getting the wicks. Hello Thank you for your quick answer. I have selected again candlestick in the menu but no change on the chart, only candles without wick. Please find attached the requested file. I hope this will help you the fix the issue. Regards, Jihane

The chart looks fine to us. If you change the Chart Draw Type to OHLC (Chart >> Graph Draw Type >> OHLC Bars), do these bars look correct? If so, then check the Graphics Settings (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global) for Candlestick Up Outline and Candlestick Down Outline. See if these are set to the same color as your background. If they are, then change them to something else and then see if you get your wicks showing up properly. Also check the setting for Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Other >> Color Candlestick High-Low Using the Outline Colors. This should be enabled. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
