The chart looks fine to us. If you change the Chart Draw Type to OHLC (Chart >> Graph Draw Type >> OHLC Bars), do these bars look correct? If so, then check the Graphics Settings (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global) for Candlestick Up Outline and Candlestick Down Outline. See if these are set to the same color as your background. If they are, then change them to something else and then see if you get your wicks showing up properly.
