Dear Sierra Chart team, I have been trying to update to the last sierra chart version ; However, I have noticed that I had to select "Rithmic DTC Trading" instead of rithmic trading. As a result, I can not download my historical data and look at chart properly. For instance, the date doesn't make any sense and i have to load chart from july 2021 to october 2021 which is not usable for me since i do not have access to recent data. On the other hand, keeping the current version is also not an option (Sierra Chart 2299) since I am loosing the data from the most recent day. For example, I stopped trading yesterday at 4:30 PM CET and I can not access at data from yesterday after 4:30 CET. This is problematic for me and not an option as well. I have checked is this problematic happens wether i used Rithmic 16.55.1.0 or 17.3.1.0 . |

Sierra Chart is no longer providing Sierra Chart historical data for the old Rithmic bridge connection. We did put out a notice about this through the System Notification Window. You need to use the new DTC connection. Although there are issues with historical data even with that connection. Instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions This requires the current version. And also be aware of this information here regarding historical data (Which has a solution): Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy We see you are already on a service package which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so the next thing you need to do is complete the market data agreements and activate the exchanges you need. Thank you for your reply. I am currently in the evaluation process with earn2trade which leads me to use the Easy solution described here Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement However, i do not have an account number linked to this. On the other hand, I have a funded trading account that I can still use for the purpose of getting access to the data ; However, I don't see how I can get access to the market data through this service and how i can trade in the same time on another account. Does it mean that i have to use 2 environement simultaneously, one for accessing to the data with Denali service and one to actually place order with rithmic/earn2trade ? Thanks a lot for clarification, |

I have a funded trading account that I can still use for the purpose of getting access to the data Yes you can use this, if it is with a supported Trading service. You just need to connect to it once a month. Refer to:Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees And then you will use the Denali data feed, which you have to finish the set up for, for data when using Rithmic. Complete the agreements here and activate exchanges: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=207939#DenaliCME Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
