hi, i was doing the monthly connection with my broker to prove that I am not a professional trader but he does not connect. I have not changed anything from the parameters, the only thing I no longer have on my broker, which is Interactive Brokers, the data in real time, but it seems strange to me that this is the problem.

Your verification date has updated and is now set to February 9, 2022, so you are fine in this respect. Hi, yes but to solve it I had to buy CME real time data on my broker, Interactive Brokers, otherwise it wouldn't let me synchronize with Denali data. Is this normal? Even if I have overdue market data, shouldn't that still be enough to verify that I have a broker and therefore am not a professional investor?

You absolutely should NOT have had to purchase any data from Interactive Brokers. You just need to connect to your account to get the date to update. We do not know what happened, or why in this case. But you should make sure you stop the data from Interactive Brokers so you do not pay for it twice any further. If this happens again next month, let us know before you purchase data from IB.
