Hi, yes but to solve it I had to buy CME real time data on my broker, Interactive Brokers, otherwise it wouldn't let me synchronize with Denali data. Is this normal? Even if I have overdue market data, shouldn't that still be enough to verify that I have a broker and therefore am not a professional investor?
