I am really upset here, not sure what is happening, I paid for the whole months and not once was i able to use it, I did exactly what I did before which is show proof of my trading account and the clearing firm in the PDF with my name, but for some reason this time you guys are not approving it.

Hesitating about trying again as this might happen again, sometimes I just wish there would be a hotline for paying customers where you can see that through text it is just not working, I do understand there is a heavy load of request but sometimes special cases for people who paid and an entire month gets wasted without using the service can be a situation where we can speak on the phone, it can probably be as short as 2 minutes and I am sure it would solve it.

Anyways I am just lost and confused, but have a happy new years everybody nevertheless!
