There is a problem with the communication to the CTS historical data server. This might be caused by a firewall on your side or some other network connectivity problem. This might be off to topic, but out of curiosity , I'd like to know....is this a Russian owned company? I know that tradestation was bought by a Japanese firm, and that MetaStock was Russian to begin with(so I've heard). I'm just curious, because it seems that most services either have ties or originated outside of the US. ? Also, some other software I bought for trading seems to be from Russian programmers.

We have tested this, and we were able to get data for the ES for 2014-3-13. This indicates a communication problem to the server CTS FIX Historical Data: No heartbeat messages received from server. Sent Test Request message to server. | 2014-04-11 07:35:35 Socket closed. Windows error code 10053: For help with this, refer to help topic 1.2: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails1.html#h1.2 We are not sure why this is happening in your case. Our recommendation when using CTS T4 from your Internet connection is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second. This should work around the problem.
