How to get the DOM?

Hi, I'm currently using the package number 5, with the rithmic data feed, but it does not provide the DOM or MBO. If I understood well, I need to upgrade to the package 11 to get the DOM or 12 to get the DOM and MBO? Or do I need to open an AMP trading account with CQG feed to get the DOM? Regards |

When you state that it does not provide the DOM, we assume you mean that you are not getting the Market Depth data. If this is the case, then refer to the following: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels With regards to the MBO data, that is only available within Sierra Chart by using Package 12 and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Thanks for the support. I followed the steps to get the Market Depth data, but it is still not showing anything. I believe that Rithmic does not provide the feed to be enable to see the market depth. Do I need to activate "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" to resolve it? (I only trade the Nasdaq future) |

You should be able to get at least 10 levels of depth with the Rithmic data feed, but we definitely recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed in general, with Sierra Chart. If you are just needing real-time data for the NASDAQ 100 (NQ), then you would just need the CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts exchange, as you noted. To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you change to Package 12, you will also be able to get the MBO information for that data.
