You should be able to get at least 10 levels of depth with the Rithmic data feed, but we definitely recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed in general, with Sierra Chart. If you are just needing real-time data for the NASDAQ 100 (NQ), then you would just need the CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts exchange, as you noted.
