I mistakenly paid 26$ for the platform thinking I would have access through my MES account but message says the service package does not support this function. 2 years ago I was able to trade my MES account without any additional fees, but I guess this is not the case anymore. Please issue a refund.

We would like to see if we can help you get connected first. Where exactly are you seeing the message that "the service package does not support this function"? That should only be coming up if you are trying to use a study that requires Package 5, whereas you are on Package 3 (items such as Numbers Bars and TPO require Package 5). This should not have anything to do with connecting to MES Capital.

We can do the refund but you just need to be on service package 5 instead which is 36 USD per month. We can change your service package now. But there are other complications regarding Rithmic historical data. Although we can provide the real-time data feed to you through our Denali data feed.

Howdy, please change me to package 5 and Denali data feed if this will fix the connection issue. Also what is the total cost of package 5 and Denali feed? Thanks Much.

We have put you on Package 5. In order to get the Denali data and qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees, you would need to have a live, funded, trading account - your account with MES Capital does not count towards this requirement. Do you have another trading account that you can connect to in order to meet this requirement?
