We would like to see if we can help you get connected first. Where exactly are you seeing the message that "the service package does not support this function"? That should only be coming up if you are trying to use a study that requires Package 5, whereas you are on Package 3 (items such as Numbers Bars and TPO require Package 5). This should not have anything to do with connecting to MES Capital.
