verify funded Rithmic account for Denali data

Hi. i (think) I have set up Denali data with CME bundle with Market depth. is it possible to connect Sierra to my Rithmic account to verify my non pro funded trading account with Edge Clear/Philip Capital?

Rithmic does not appear to be one of the supported services? although it is possible to connect to Rithmic. i am currently on delayed data. is there any other way to allow live data until this is resolved?

i have been trying to connect to my Rithmic account but getting permission denied error. have asked my broker about this. is there any other support you can suggest for this error?

It is possible to connect Sierra Chart to Rithmic. If you have not already done so, then you would need to follow these instructions:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

If you have gone through those instructions and everything is setup properly and you are continuing to get a "Permission Denied" error, then the implication is that the Account Name or Password that you have entered in the Data/Trade Service Settings is incorrect. You will want to verify those and possibly update/change your password with Rithmic to ensure you have that correct.
