It is possible to connect Sierra Chart to Rithmic. If you have not already done so, then you would need to follow these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you have gone through those instructions and everything is setup properly and you are continuing to get a "Permission Denied" error, then the implication is that the Account Name or Password that you have entered in the Data/Trade Service Settings is incorrect. You will want to verify those and possibly update/change your password with Rithmic to ensure you have that correct.
