Paul, Assuming you know what exchange they are traded on, the do the following. While on the chart, press F5, Then on the popup 'Chart Setting' window press Find, where I have put a red arrow. Then from the next popup window, press the '+' on the appropriate exchange to get to the symbol and month desired. Or if you prefer, the 'Find Symbol' window, at the bottom left there is a search field. just key in gold or crude and press the Find Next or Find Previous. Hope that helps. JohnR |

The thing that makes this difficult is that each vendor uses a different symbol methodology. According to our servers, you are setup to connect to CQG, therefore you would use the following symbols: - Gold -> F.US.GCE?## (COMEX exchange) - Crude Oil -> F.US.CLE?## (NYMEX Exchange) You should use the File >> Find Symbol to find the symbol and select the contract you want to open the chart for. In order to get the Level 2 data, you would need to activate an exchange that has the Market Depth Data. You can activate/deactivate the CME Group exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges We can do this for you, but we would need to know what exchange(s) you want to activate and whether you want the one that you have activated to be deactivated. Also, you would need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account for us to do this for you (keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate an exchange).
