The thing that makes this difficult is that each vendor uses a different symbol methodology. According to our servers, you are setup to connect to CQG, therefore you would use the following symbols: - Gold -> F.US.GCE?## (COMEX exchange) - Crude Oil -> F.US.CLE?## (NYMEX Exchange) You should use the File >> Find Symbol to find the symbol and select the contract you want to open the chart for.
