CME Direct Routing Web Trading Panel - Trade Account Data does not exist

Hello,

I just had (about 1 hour ago) Stage5/Advantage switch me from the TT Routing to the SC Direct CME Routing. I was able to get connected without any issues. I then placed a limit order on the platform and confirmed it showed up on the web trading panel; however, when I try to cancel the order from the web trading panel, I receive the notification "Info Text: Trade Account Data does not exist". I have tried this with the MES and M2K. The broker confirmed they saw MES trade on their end so the trade was submitted. The M2K was placed after they confirmed the MES.

I just tried to cancel an a pending order from the new web panel and received the same message.

I updated to 2332 and I can now cancel my orders through the web panel. I noticed another thing though...when I create a limit order with stop and target offsets through the web panel, the pending child orders do not show up on Sierra. They show up on the web panel, but not in Sierra. I'm not sure if this is by design, but wanted to mention it.

We are unable to reproduce this:

The orders definitely show up in Sierra Chart. If you see them in the web trading panel, you will definitely see them in Sierra Chart.

I just tried again using version 2335 and still see the issue.

Here is the link to the screenshot of the order on Sierra and I have also attached the screenshot from the web panel.

Is there a setting I am missing on Sierra? If I place the order from Sierra, I see the parent and pending child orders in both places.

It is obvious what the problem is. The child order prices are wrong. How are you entering those. They are entered as offsets from the parent order price. Use positive offsets.

Ok. I see now. I used 0.7200 for price 1 limit. I then used 200 for stop offset and 400 for target offset, thinking the values are in ticks (1 = 1 tick, 100 = 100 ticks). Should I be entering the ticks using decimals to match price? For 200 ticks, it would be 0.0200?

EDIT: I just tested using the values of 0.0200 and 0.0100 and now see the orders.
