Hello,

I just had (about 1 hour ago) Stage5/Advantage switch me from the TT Routing to the SC Direct CME Routing. I was able to get connected without any issues. I then placed a limit order on the platform and confirmed it showed up on the web trading panel; however, when I try to cancel the order from the web trading panel, I receive the notification "Info Text: Trade Account Data does not exist". I have tried this with the MES and M2K. The broker confirmed they saw MES trade on their end so the trade was submitted. The M2K was placed after they confirmed the MES.
