Hello! Can you please tell me how to stop auto renew? My account is set to renew in 39 days and i dont want the auto renew feature. Thank you

There are two ways to do this: 1) Set the Package to renew to "Disabled". To do this, go to the Activate Services page and under the section for Available Services in the pulldown for the package selection, select Disabled. Then select the Update/Set button. You can get to this page by selecting the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices OR 2) Just make sure you do not have enough funds in your account for the renewal.
