I sent you an email in addition to this. Iam a Junior trader who will like to test out the Sierra chart platform. I am currently using a Mac Air (2015 model) and I am currently using a Windows parallel software which mirrors the windows application however I am still struggling to download Sierra. I have been to the website, clicked the download button but every time I attempt to install the software, I receive the error message (attached). ... We are not familiar with Parallels, so we can not say for sure where the issue is. But, we notice that the Installation Path on the Installer just says SierraChart. On a typical Windows system, this would be the full path to the directory for installation, like "C:\SierraChart". We wonder if this is the problem? Note that we have set this thread to "User Discussion", as we have other users that use a Mac with Parallels and hopefully one of them can help further. Hi team, Yes this was the default file path on the Mac. I have changed it to C:SierraChart which seems to have sorted out the issue! thanks so much. Have a nice day. |
