We are not familiar with Parallels, so we can not say for sure where the issue is. But, we notice that the Installation Path on the Installer just says SierraChart. On a typical Windows system, this would be the full path to the directory for installation, like "C:\SierraChart". We wonder if this is the problem? Note that we have set this thread to "User Discussion", as we have other users that use a Mac with Parallels and hopefully one of them can help further.
