Hi, I renew my contract for additional month yesterday, but all my chart are not updated with date after SEp 29. and in my Chart Setting the field "Date Range in file " is gray " 2021-09-30" and cant change it. I dont know if this is the issue or the issue is with my renwal , at the begging I was connected via broker and now I paid the fee by myself. Maybe I need to open new account? how I can do it? Your Sierra Chart package renewed just fine, so that is not the issue. Also, the Date Range in File To: field is not editable. It should show the current date, unless there is some reason you are not getting the data (which is the case you have). First, we are a little confused, as our servers are showing that you have your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. This is fine, if you are just using Sierra Chart for charting and not for trading, but since you reference getting Sierra Chart from your broker, it makes us think that you may not be fully setup. Let us know if you are wanting to trade directly from Sierra Chart and if so what order routing service (or broker, if you do not know what order routing service) you are using. We can then direct you to the proper Setup Instructions. Also, you are not setup to get any real-time data from us, except for our standard Forex and CFD data. In addition to the above for your order routing, we also need to understand if you are wanting to get real-time data from your trading service, or from us. Hi, Thank you for your answer. I'll try to explain: - I'm still training and not trading yet, this is the reason I'm not using real data yet - At the begging of my course , we connected to the Sierra via one of the broker here in Israel , but I found that I can connect by myself and save money, I used my already exist account and pay for additional month to see how its working. - Now ,my problem is that I see data in the chart only till Sep 30 , although i'm getting data from the sierra ( it's green ) so I assume that something is not configure well on my chart, or global setting? Can you please help me to solve this issue. Thanks! Galit |
