Your Sierra Chart package renewed just fine, so that is not the issue. Also, the Date Range in File To: field is not editable. It should show the current date, unless there is some reason you are not getting the data (which is the case you have). First, we are a little confused, as our servers are showing that you have your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. This is fine, if you are just using Sierra Chart for charting and not for trading, but since you reference getting Sierra Chart from your broker, it makes us think that you may not be fully setup. Let us know if you are wanting to trade directly from Sierra Chart and if so what order routing service (or broker, if you do not know what order routing service) you are using. We can then direct you to the proper Setup Instructions. Also, you are not setup to get any real-time data from us, except for our standard Forex and CFD data. In addition to the above for your order routing, we also need to understand if you are wanting to get real-time data from your trading service, or from us.
