Hi there I have funded an account with AMP and submitted it for authorization with yourselves. It would appear that it has been accepted by you however I wanted to double check before funding my sierra chart balance to purchase the denali feed and chosen live data feed package. I am currently using package 5 which is due for renewal at the beginning of Jan 2022 it would really help to find out the best way for me to pay for the additional package until the renewal date. I presume that the data feed monthly cost is done per month or is their a discount if you purchase multiple months. Hope that make sense and thanks in advance. I appreciate that a lot of this info may be on the comprehensive pages pertaining to the feeds and packages however I have had a few questions along the way. Mainly to be sure that the amp account has been recognised and I subsequently will be able to purchase non pro data. Best wishes Christopher Bendall |

First regarding your AMP account, AMP is not indicating it is a funded trading account. We do not know the reason for this. Is this account, set up on the CQG system through AMP? You can change your Sierra Chart Service Package at any time and the usage ending date is adjusted. See the instructions below. There is a discount when paying for multiple months for the packages that include the Denali Exchange Data Feed. For Sierra Chart pricing, refer to this page: Description of Service Packages and Pricing ---- To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Hey thanks for that. I have finally got a reply from AMP and they neglected to send me the necessary emails to set up my CQG account and check the agreements etc. which I have now done. However it would appear that you still can't recognise the account after trying it again. I know this is not directly your support area but any thoughts? Many thanks. Chris |

Hi guys just received this back from AMP. I am also able to login to their servers via this platform. "AMP | Daniel (AMP Global (USA)) Sep 27, 2021, 7:57 AM CDT As long as your CQG is active now then SC should be able to verify. Please contact them directly." Not sure what else to do. If you have your CQG credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to that CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is done, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. I have successfully connected to the CQG account. However I get an error message saying symbol is unknown when translating symbols. I am not worried about this as I intend to just use the amp account to qualify for non pro data fees via the denali feed. I am desperately trying to get my amp funded account verified by yourselves in order to upgrade to the service package 11. For some reason this is proving rather difficult to achieve. I understand Amp have contacted you as well about this. I really don't understand why this is happening. Many thanks. I am happy with connecting to their servers etc. but could really do with some assistance in verifying my amp account in order to qualify for the non pro fees. I really hope you can help me. Chris |

You connected to the CQG system correctly and your verification date for non-professional status has updated. You can view the status of this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges The message you are receiving is because you are not setup to get the Real-Time data from CQG. Since you will be setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you do not need to worry about this. You can now setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Hi many thanks for all the help however I am consistently still getting "Verification Status: Not Verified" after attempting the AMP authorisation. Don't understand why really. Will want confirmation that all is ok before further funding my SC account to upgrade to denali feed and purchase futures data. Any help would be great otherwise I won't be able to continue. You will not use the "AMP Trading Account Verification" to verify your account. You will use your CQG connection to do this as you did already previously.
