I have successfully connected to the CQG account. However I get an error message saying symbol is unknown when translating symbols. I am not worried about this as I intend to just use the amp account to qualify for non pro data fees via the denali feed. I am desperately trying to get my amp funded account verified by yourselves in order to upgrade to the service package 11. For some reason this is proving rather difficult to achieve. I understand Amp have contacted you as well about this. I really don't understand why this is happening. Many thanks. I am happy with connecting to their servers etc. but could really do with some assistance in verifying my amp account in order to qualify for the non pro fees. I really hope you can help me. Chris |
