Can't connect Sierra to transact

I am unable to receive live data through the TransAct WS API, I am correctly "opted-in" to Sierra Chart, I can confirm this on the TransAct website. I am using the Denali Data Feed now, but I really want to be able to receive real-time CME Group Data through TransAct on October 1st. When I login to the TransAct Dashboard I see live data there. Can you help me get my live data through TransAct so I don't pay 2 exchange fees?

First, in order to test that you are getting the data from TransAct and not from Sierra Chart (at least until October 1) you will need to change the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Then once you close that window, you will need to select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

After the above, you will be setup to get your data from the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service.

If you are properly setup to get the data from TransAct then you should be getting it after make the above changes.

It doesnt work now meaning - After I did what you mentioned earlier.


Why should I wait until oct 1? It doesnt work now, what will be the difference in oct 1?
