First, in order to test that you are getting the data from TransAct and not from Sierra Chart (at least until October 1) you will need to change the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Then once you close that window, you will need to select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. After the above, you will be setup to get your data from the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service. If you are properly setup to get the data from TransAct then you should be getting it after make the above changes.
