Denali feed not integrating

Logging on today I noticed my denali feed was no longer integrated with my Rithmic account, it is for an Earn2Trade combine. I saw the alert to connect once a month and followed all the directions from this link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees After following the steps the denali feed was still not integrated to my account. I have support for sierra chart feeds enabled, I followed the once a month steps, I updated and translated the symbols yet still no denali. I need to be able to see full market depth. Any help would be great. I have had no issues with this for weeks until now. |

For some reason the connection you made to your live trading service did not update the Verified Until date for the CME Group. You can see the date that you are verified until at the following link (right now it is 9-17-2021): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Please go through the process again of connecting to your live trading account in order to update the date. Do you have another trading account other than this Earn2Trade combine? You need to connect to a live funded account to authorize the real time CME data. Not a Earn2Trade combine.
