For some reason the connection you made to your live trading service did not update the Verified Until date for the CME Group. You can see the date that you are verified until at the following link (right now it is 9-17-2021): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Please go through the process again of connecting to your live trading account in order to update the date.
