Dear Support, I have my main ISP went down few hours ago and while awaiting for repair I have switched to my laptop with a backup Sierra Chart installation. I am able to connect but for some reason getting only delayed data. The main machine is not connected to the internet at the moment so there should be no active connection besides my laptop. I am using Sierra Chart Denali with TT routing. Any advice how I an get connected to live data? Thank you. |

Here is the issue from your log: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. | 2021-09-20 16:44:32.729
On that particular computer you have the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to No. Change it to Yes and after you close that window select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Problem solved! Thank you so much John (as always)! You guys are awesome...Sierra is the BEST platform ever! While we on the subject....is it possible to run my laptop in parallel with another SC copy and real-time live connection while my main server is active with primary SC installation, or is this considered to be a separate system with independent CME connection and will require an extra data feed charge? |
