Dear Support, I have my main ISP went down few hours ago and while awaiting for repair I have switched to my laptop with a backup Sierra Chart installation. I am able to connect but for some reason getting only delayed data. The main machine is not connected to the internet at the moment so there should be no active connection besides my laptop. I am using Sierra Chart Denali with TT routing. Any advice how I an get connected to live data? Thank you. |
