Hi,

I am using Interactive Brokers trading service to trade US stocks.
When I search for a symbol to view historical intraday range-bar chart I see it downloads data from IB but it is 30 seconds data which is not sufficient to display historical range-bar charts

When I switch to "SC Data - All services" I am able to re-download tick data for stocks correctly

Question: how to force SC to download stock tick data from SC Historical service instead of IB? With IB setting I have "Allow support for SC Data feeds" enabled of course

From what John SC mentioned here How to download historical data from IB for backtesting | Post: 266910 it seems I cannot load SC stock tick historical data when IB Trading service is being used

I guess the only solution for me is to use IB and buy SC realtime data to have the SC history available directly..
Please confirm

That is correct.

This is not supported.

You need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service separately:

I have purchased realtime data for stocks and it is working great including history

If I now want to also trade MNQ futures I would need to purchase Pack 3 + Denali, right?

Or can I use IB data just for MNQ streaming?

Thanks for your patience :-)

I just switched Pack 3 to Pack 10 ... I see the pricing and it is pack3 + 10 USD but I was not charged, is that right?

My account details:
Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost:  39.75 USD
Denali Exchange Data Feed and Exchanges Monthly Cost:  3.25 USD

When you change packages, we do not charge your account, we just adjust the end date of your current Usage Time. Therefore, when you changed to a higher-priced package, your end date shifted inwards (less time).

From our end, everything looks like it is setup and proper to get the data for both the U.S. Equities and the Full CME Group from us.
