Hi, I recently attempted to change data feeds and connect SC to Rithmic. I am still working on resolving this and will likely go down the route suggest to get hooked up to the Denali feed using a different brokerage account. in the interim, I changed back to SC data for my charts and I have lost the data that populates the footprint charts. I have tried to reinstall the study but it still doesnt work. Is there a data setting that I am missing? Interesting I think the data is available as I also show the footprint data on some charts through the volume at price (vdp) study which populates transacted volumes on the candles...just can get it on to my standard footprint chart. I sent my message log. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1631688886175.png |

Regarding this: and will likely go down the route suggest to get hooked up to the Denali feed using a different brokerage account.
You do have the Denali data feed. You need to complete the agreements though: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements And you have two exchange groups activated when you only need one: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed And you must also connect to your Live trading account to authorize the real-time data: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Otherwise, the Denali data feed is not being used with Rithmic. Regarding the data for Numbers Bars: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
