To begin with, the account that you used to login and post to this support board is expired. If you have a different account, then please post with that account so we know the account you are using.

If you do not have another account, then the problem is that your Sierra Chart account is expired. You will need to add funds and Usage Time to your account. Refer to the information here:

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

1. We recommend updating in order to ensure that you have all the recent changes. In particular, there has been a fix to an issue we had with the Trading Evaluator service that we offer. Therefore, if you were wanting to use that service, you would need to be on the latest release.

2. Right now you are not getting any real-time data from us. Package 10 is not enough to get the data. To get real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to go through all of the Setup Instructions for the particular exchange that you want to get data from. For example, for the CME Group, you would go through these instructions:

As noted above, we recommend you use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed if you are going to just be practicing with Sierra Chart. Witam serdecznie. Czy mogę prosić o pomoc? Mam na swoim komputerze stacjonarnym wersję Sierra Chart 2282. Chcę na laptopa pobrać platforme tylko w wersji 2351.
