I paid for a monthly data subscription so it would start for tomorrow so I am not trying to figure it out in the am. But it applied the subscription to this months data. Anyway to fix that?

The good news is that you did not actually make a payment. The bad news is that you did not make a payment because you used your 1 month of a free trial for the exchange when you activated it today, and that trial is only for the remainder of the month in which you activated the exchange (therefore, the rest of today). Tomorrow, $3.25 will be removed from your Services Surplus in order to pay for the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange for the month of September. We are not able to issue a refund given that there is nothing to refund, and these are the rules that the exchanges have put in place, so unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this regard. You do not want to do that, as you will have the same problem. The exchanges activate as soon as you select them to Activate. There is no way to set them to activate the next month. Therefore, you would end up paying the full amount for the 1 day and then pay again the next day for the next month. Once you have them activated, they will continue to renew on the first day of each month as long as you have enough funds in your account.
