The good news is that you did not actually make a payment. The bad news is that you did not make a payment because you used your 1 month of a free trial for the exchange when you activated it today, and that trial is only for the remainder of the month in which you activated the exchange (therefore, the rest of today). Tomorrow, $3.25 will be removed from your Services Surplus in order to pay for the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange for the month of September. We are not able to issue a refund given that there is nothing to refund, and these are the rules that the exchanges have put in place, so unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this regard.
