This is a very small difference. Refer to this help topic: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails43.html If the problem has to do with the data feed and we suspect it does for such a small difference like this, then we recommend using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. The YMM4 [C] has a huge difference compared to other chart services I subscribe to. This can not be a minor chart error. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1395490932497.png This link should be a picture of my desk top showing a weekly, daily, 240 minute continuous charts of the YMM4. There should not be a new high showing on the charts. These are way wrong compared to my other charting services I am using. I use Tradestation and Think or Swim also. |

It looks like your Historical Daily chart has missing data. Follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading The prices in the chart should look exactly like this: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1395568497969.png Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. When you post an image, only post an image of a single chart. Not the whole desktop. You can post multiple single charts. We are not sure of what you did. Go to your Daily chart and follow through these instructions again: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading When you are prompted to re-download the data for individual futures contracts, you probably only need to click Yes for the most recent two or three contract months. This seems like all that needs to be done. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. The ES charts are still gapping on the weekly daily and 240 minute continuous charts. The charts that are not continuous do not gap. I am losing 3 months of data from December to march on the continuous ES charts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software for charts and platform. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks If you need to see charts look at first post. |

1. Please do not uninstall and reinstall Sierra Chart. For an issue like this, that is a totally unnecessary procedure and will help nothing. 2. This is very straightforward and simple and you should not have a problem with this if you follow the instructions. 3. Let us focus on just one single chart and only one chart and nothing else. We want to focus only on the Historical Daily chart. Go to that specific chart. Follow the instructions here to re-download the data for all of the futures contracts in the chart: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading 4. If there still is a problem, tell us exactly the steps you have followed. You must be missing one of the steps. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We tried calling but only got voicemail. There was also a message that said the voice mailbox was not set up.
