What apart from the eurex data feed do I have to activate to maintain my real time data fr the DAX futures market please? I have activated urex Eobi for non professionals but I am still getting no real time data.

Everything looks good in terms of your setup of the data feed. The one thing to check is that the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

Open a chart for one of the symbols and tell us the symbol of the chart. There is not enough information in the log. Did you open a chart for the symbol you are having an issue with? Here are the instructions again, please follow through these to get us your log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". The symbols you are using are no longer supported (EX#, XG#, VIX.XO). You will need to change the symbol for the charts by going to Chart >> Chart Settings and changing the symbol in the Symbol field in the bottom left of that first tab. Select the Find button to bring up the Find Symbol window which will give you the list of the symbols to select from. Since those were symbols that were used for Continuous Futures contracts, you will then need to use the Sierra Chart Continuous Futures Contract option. Refer to the information here; Continuous Futures Contract Charts Note that with the VIX, if this is the VIX Index, then that data is not available unless you pay for the CBOE Indices exchange which is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This is great thank you. I have now located the DAX symbols I need but I cant find the Euro Stoxx 50 feed I need. Ive heard its a free feed? what is the new symbol for the old EX# please?

The EURO Stoxx 50 futures on the EUREX has the symbol FESX. This is listed in the list with the others.
