The symbols you are using are no longer supported (EX#, XG#, VIX.XO). You will need to change the symbol for the charts by going to Chart >> Chart Settings and changing the symbol in the Symbol field in the bottom left of that first tab. Select the Find button to bring up the Find Symbol window which will give you the list of the symbols to select from. Since those were symbols that were used for Continuous Futures contracts, you will then need to use the Sierra Chart Continuous Futures Contract option. Refer to the information here; Continuous Futures Contract Charts Note that with the VIX, if this is the VIX Index, then that data is not available unless you pay for the CBOE Indices exchange which is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
