Hi, I’ve traded on Thursday august 5th on account 50877 the ESU1 I did 2 contract short at 4402 and went out real quick with half a point profit (25$) then pressed cancel all as always when I finish trading. The problem is transact blocked my account cause they said I’ve reached my daily loss limit and lost -1225$ on esu1. But I told them it’s not possible as I have sc Dom in front of me with 25$ profit and they’re claiming there was a stop limit Order I placed for 2 contract short at 4401 but I told them that I canceled everything after finishing trading and your Dom shows 25$ in profit with nothing pending- how can it be that after I canceled all orders-one was executed?!? and as a fact Dom shows 25 in profit? I’m attaching Sierra and transact doms pics for your review. Looking forward for your reply, Michael |
