Found another thread with this issue, but saw no resolution. So, I'm starting it again. After restarting SC all T&S windows show the title bar even though the settings show the check mark removed from the settings (see jpg). This gets to be quite a task to remove it again from multiple charts. |

We are not able to reproduce this. Are you saving the Chartbook after the Time and Sales Title Bar has been removed? What exactly is the process for which this occurs for you so we can try to reproduce it. Yes, I saw that you couldn't reproduce this, in the other thread. That was a few years ago, I believe. Just thought maybe you had seen this and resolved. I do a "Save All" periodically, so that setting is saved. I update SC on the weekends and always save on exit when it asks. Once the update is done and restarts, that's when the title bar appears. I turn it off again by going to settings checking the "Show Title Bar" clicking Apply then unchecking the box and clicking OK. Maybe it's a MS Windows issue. Like I said it's only minor, so thanks for responding. |

Behavior update. This happens when the chartbooks are opened from the Global Settings->General Settings->Files To Open On Startup. If I disable the list and open the chartbooks individually the T&S Title Bar is removed. |

We just tried the different permutations of not automatically opening a chartbook with the Time and Sales window open and the Title Bar not displayed. Each time, we get the Time and Sales window open and the Title Bar is properly removed. So again, we are still unable to reproduce this. Please attach the Chartbook for which you have this problem and we will see if we can reproduce it with your chartbook. Update. While preparing a chartbook to send you, I noticed that this only happens when multiple chartbooks are opened using the "Files To Open On Startup" list. When opening multiple chartbooks, only the last chartbook has the T&S Title Bar off. The previous (first in the list) chartbooks still have the Title Bar. I didn't notice this before, because the last chartbook opened from the list doesn't have any T&S windows open. I can send multiple chartbooks if you need them. I'll wait until you try this before I send them. |

We just tried a basic variation of 2 chartbooks with 1 Time and Sales open for the first chart in each and the Title Bar removed for the Second Chartbook, and again everything opened properly. Therefore, if you can get us your Chartbooks and tell us the order in which you have them set to open in your General Settings, then we can take a look at that configuration and see if we can reproduce the issue.
