We just tried the different permutations of not automatically opening a chartbook with the Time and Sales window open and the Title Bar not displayed. Each time, we get the Time and Sales window open and the Title Bar is properly removed. So again, we are still unable to reproduce this. Please attach the Chartbook for which you have this problem and we will see if we can reproduce it with your chartbook.
