Trading Evaluator problem to set new account

I use Sierra 2292/ Simulated Futures Trading Service
After set in Data/Trade Service Setting (Trading Evaluator delay)
Select Trade >> Trade Accounts Monitor.
Select Manage >> New Trade Account.

I create the new account but it doesn't save...

What can I do ?

Are you selecting the "Commit" button at the bottom of the Edit Trade Account window after you enter the information for the account?

I select the "Commit" button ....

You can connect remotely on my pc .... because I have been trying to solve this since this morning

What is the name of the account that you are trying to create? Special characters could be a problem. Please limit characters to just the Alphanumeric along with Dash (-) and Underscore (_).

Make sure you have entered the Currency Code.

Those are the two things you need to specifically enter to create the account. Then select Commit. Let us know if you still have an issue.

The name I wrote was 5831 and Delta51....

You need to have the Currency Code entered as well. That is blank, which would be why the Commit did not work at that time.

We are looking into this. We think we know what the problem is. The account you created is now active. Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

We just implemented a temporary solution for now. We need to go into this more in depth to implement a proper solution.

You would need to look at your Trade Activity Log to see why those orders are being closed so quickly. Refer to the information here:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

You can also check your Trade Service Log to see if there is any information in there. But since the initial order is showing and then closing, it looks like it is not an issue with the service, but something about your particular setup that is closing the position to quickly. Refer to the following for how to access the Trade Service Log:

- Go to Trade >> Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window.
- Select the account that you are working with in the list.
- Select Manage >> Edit Trading Account. This will bring up the Edit Trade Account window.
- Select OK if necessary.
- Select the "Tab" at the top of the window for Symbol/Product Limits.


Tell us if there is anything listed in the field for Trade Account Data Symbol Limits. In particular, does it state "ALL_SYMBOLS" or if you can open the dropdown list does it have ES?** listed? or is it blank?

Cannot add "ALL_SYMBOLS" .... now I add ES ... but if is a limit ... because if I wanted to add others how to do it
